Meditation isn't meant to wash away the difficulties and strangeness of these times. Figuring out how to exist with a "restful mind" during 2025 can seem like a daunting question—and the truth is I don't really have many answers.
I do know that practicing together and leaning on each other's creativity and resourcefulness is helpful. This eight-week series is meant to simply provide a supportive container for practice. It will be presented online, with opportunities to practice together outside of our Monday night sessions.

Tentatively ... I think it will be helpful to include the following in our Monday evening gatherings:
Reflections on Dharma (specifically, four thoughts that turn the mind to dharma, personal sources of refuge, and other topics)
Open Awareness Meditation ( Guided and Unguided)
Group reflection practice
Suggestions for weekly practice
Ultimately, I want this to be a collaborative 8 weeks of practice together.
2x extra practice sessions will be established weekly to provide further support.
Classes will be held online. Recordings will be available for the Monday evening sessions.
