Balance Your Practice: Day-Long Retreat

Saturday January 23rd 9-5pm at Santosha Yoga, NH

Intensive practice is important! It allows us to settle into our bodies and minds in a way that may not be possible in a 90 min yoga class or a 30 min sitting practice. This non-residential program provides students with an opportunity to enjoy a full day of immersive yoga and meditation practice without heading to a far-off location.

We will spend time practicing both yoga asana and Buddhist meditation with space to discuss the benefits and integration of both practices. This program is open to all levels, however, at least 6 months of yoga practice is recommended.
