Join Ryan Cunningham for a 3 hour exploration of movement, pranayama and meditation. This extended practice will allow us to slow down and emphasize function and sensation over strict form - allowing everyone to find their unique expression of the practice. This month we will be paying special attention to what it actually means to let your practice be "breath-centered". Beyond "inhaling do this, exhaling do that", we will see if we can orient our entire practice around the flow of the breath. Regardless of your preferred yoga style this immersion will hopefully provide an opportunity to refresh your practice, challenge yourself, and of course relax deeply.
