Almost everyone I know is stressed out - yes even yoga teachers ;-). The more we practice, the more we realize that the various layers of the body carry residual tension from our everyday lives, past experiences and even traumas. While the reasons for stress may be complex, some of the simple tools we refine through the practice of yoga can be incredibly useful at providing relief. In this extended restorative we will utilize yin postures, pranayama, therapeutic exercises and restorative poses to unwind and unravel these layers.
