Noticing both how easing tension through the postural muscles of the spine can have a positive effect on the functions of the arm and legs AND how the limbs can be used to effect the habits of the spine. This class features in depth explorations of Tadasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Bhujangasana and Urdvha Dhanurasana.
