Foundations: a 4-week Series

July 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th
This 4-week series is designed to give students a solid foundation to start- or continue- the practice of yoga. Over the 4 weeks, students will learns a simple yoga sequence that can be both practiced at home and explores the building blocks to make for an enjoyable practice in any style or method. A major focus of this course is taking an individualized, pragmatic approach to yoga- not a one-size-fits-all approach. While this is geared towards newer yoga practitioners, anyone wanting a review of the basics is more than welcome.
*Students also receive a small manual that contains the sequence and instructions, plus two additional classes to use at Bow Street Yoga over the course of the month.
